Right of withdrawal

Information for consumers (Widerrufsbelehrung). It applies to the BoxoTales Learn subscription, a contract for the supply of digital content (PDF workbooks to print and saved write-and-draw work).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tollstadt, Mohamed Masoud, Kadenstr. 29, 01237 Dresden, Germany, phone +49 15511 407069, email [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your notice about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early end of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal ends early when we have started to perform the contract, after you have (1) expressly agreed that we start the performance before the end of the withdrawal period, (2) confirmed that you know that by giving this agreement you lose your right of withdrawal once performance starts, and (3) we have sent you a confirmation of the contract that includes this agreement (§ 356 (5) BGB).

On the subscription page you give this agreement and this acknowledgement by ticking a box before payment. Access to the PDFs and to saving your work starts right after payment, so your right of withdrawal ends at that moment. The confirmation email includes your agreement. If you do not give the agreement, you cannot subscribe, but reading and writing on the books online stays free.

Ending the right of withdrawal does not affect your right to cancel the subscription at any time with effect at the end of the paid month (see the Terms and the Cancel subscription page).
