Terms and conditions
Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to the BoxoTales Learn subscription on boxotales.com. The provider is Tollstadt, Mohamed Masoud, Kadenstr. 29, 01237 Dresden, Germany (see Impressum).
2. Free use and what the subscription includes
Reading the workbooks online and writing and drawing on them in the browser is free for everyone and needs no account.
The subscription includes: downloading and printing the PDF files of all workbooks on the site, in all versions and levels, for as long as the subscription runs, and saving your write-and-draw work in your account so it is there on every device. This is digital content; nothing is shipped. Which workbooks are available can change over time as we add new ones.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The pages of this website are not a binding offer. On the subscription page you enter your email address, accept these terms, give your agreement to the immediate start of access, and continue to the payment page of our payment provider Stripe. By completing the payment there you make a binding offer, which we accept by starting your access. You receive a confirmation by email. The contract language is English.
4. Price and payment
The subscription costs EUR 3.99 a month. This is a final price. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT. Payment is made in advance for each month through Stripe, with the payment methods shown on the Stripe page.
5. Term and renewal
The subscription starts with payment and runs for one month. It renews by one month at a time, and each new month is charged in advance, until it is cancelled.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, with effect at the end of the month you have paid for. Use the Cancel subscription button at the bottom of every page, or send an email to [email protected]. No login is needed. You receive a confirmation of your cancellation by email. Your access continues until the end of the paid month, and you are not charged again. The right to cancel for an important reason remains unaffected.
7. Your account
Your account is your email address. You log in with a link that we send to that address. Keep access to your email account safe, because anyone who can read your email can log in. Saved write-and-draw work is kept while you have an account; we delete the account and saved work on request.
8. Licence
While your subscription runs, you receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the workbooks within your own family and to print them as often as you need for that purpose. Printed pages may be kept after the subscription ends. Passing the files on, selling them, uploading them to other websites or using them with groups (for example a class or therapy group) is not allowed without a separate licence. For group use, please contact us.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal. For digital content it ends early when access starts, under the conditions described in the withdrawal information.
10. Defects
The statutory rights for defects apply. If a file is damaged or cannot be opened, please write to us and we will send a working file.
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only as far as it does not remove protection given by mandatory provisions of the law of the country where the consumer usually lives.
